I've played violin for 3 yeares, cello for 4 years (now my main instrument), guitar for about 8 years, and then a smattering of other instruments for one or two years. I'm classically trained; deal with it.

I grew up in a family of musicians it's just what happens when you live in the live music capital of the world. I play guitar pretty well not great but I can hold my own. I've been in a few bands but nothing really stuck. I've talked about this on stream before but the guy that taught me to play was the guitar player for Drowning Pool before they became famous (and dicks). I have a fuck ton of flutes and wind stuff that I use to play like a beast but it's not really the sound I'm looking for. I can sorta play the violin but I'm really out of practice now and probably suck but it does mean I can sorta play mandolin but again Slayer doesn't sound quite right on a mandolin. My brother and Dad both play guitar and do gigs pretty regularly. This is my brother's old myspace since its the only place I can find his music right now. These are pretty old recordings but they are still good regardless. Sort of that Aaron Lewis vibe. http://www.myspace.com/seanmullinand then here is my dad's music, he does more Beatles/Sinatra kind of stuff. http://www.myspace.com/brianpmullin

I dont know if i posted here yet
Played viola for like 5 years Guitar for like 2 years Piano on and off for like 3 or 4 years Flute for a year Bass guitar for 6 years
Also, drums on rock band
Also also, I'm supposed to be getting a new bass guitar soon. My current bass is one of those generic Squier P-basses that come with those amps and shit. I really have no idea what I should get. I've been jumping between Precision and jazz, and 4 and 5 strings

I started on the piano as a wee lad and moved on to percussion and eventually the bass guitar. I played in the front ensemble of my high school's marching band all 4 years playing almost exclusively keyboard instruments (marimba, vibraphone, etc.) and was in the pit orchestra of a musical my senior year. I got my bass about my freshman year in high school, but didn't do any ensemble stuff until I joined the jazz band my junior and senior years, and that was a blast. I use a 5-string Ibanez Soundgear 305 with Dean Markley Blue Steel strings, playing through an Ashdown Five Fifteen 100W amp. The only effect pedal I have is an MXR Blowtorch drive/distortion pedal, which I like well enough. I also have a Epiphone hollow body electric guitar that I got as a Christmas gift a couple years ago and a good DW Pacific drum set that I bought off a friend for cheap when he was upgrading (Both are just hobby/for fun playing). The drum setup is 14" snare, 12" rack tom, 14" and 16" floor toms, and a 24" bass. Lately I've fallen out of practice and can't really find the motivation to play, probably since I'm not a part of any performing group at the moment. Pics (pardon the sittay cell phone quality) Bass, amp, and pedalGuitarDrum kit

Recently came into possession of this lovely Washburn XS-5 5-string bass. It's lovely. There's a beautiful six string bass hanging in a local music store near me. Oh how I wish I had the money. For now I'm just on an old Fender. Nothing special. Been playing for around four years, ish.

Play Tuba for band class and marching band, but during Indoor Drumline season I play cymbals.
The following link shows that we are not simply crashing monkeys, but help create a visual aspect for the rest of the drumline. I can really go into detail on how big of a role cymbal visuals play in drumlines (after coming back from Dayton, Ohio to see the big boy drumlines, I can testify some amazing shit cymbals can do). Plus we're considered one of the best high school cymbal lines for a reason. Just trying to get the word out
