Same, Vinny. I LOVE THIS FUCKING PEDAL. Also, dat Ibanez Artcore, Commie. That was my third electric guitar. Although I wish I had picked up the one with the deeper cutaway, those high frets are hard to reach without it.

Yeah, I have the one without the deep cutaway and it's a pain in the ass; otherwise, it's a great guitar. I love playing jazz/blues on it :3

I got my hands on an 80s re-issue (I'll post a pic of the circuit board later but it looks like something like this) OLDDDD SCHOOOOOOL, but I think age gave it an even richer tone and personally, I find it more versatile than a Fuzz Face.

Just ordered this because good god it's sexy. A Washburn Taurus T25 5-string bass. Makes both my other basses look like abortions.

Don't hate. My first guitar: an Ibanez rg120. Used for weird tunings and equipped with heavier gauge strings. (10-52) My second guitar: an Ibanez rg350DX. Used for not very much lately because of a particularly frustrating Floyd Rose bridge. I'm self taught and have been playing for about five years.

I started out playing metal, and still play it often, but I can't really define my style right now. I use a lot of alternate tunings and natural harmonics.

Don't mind me and my not-guitars. My main instrument is Euphonium, and I love it. I've performed on Euphonium/Baritone, Trombone, Xylophone, Marching Cymbals, Trumpet and Bass Clarinet. I was Brass Captain in my high school marching band. Some of the best times with the people there. Bass Clarinet was a lot of fun, completely different feel than what I was used to with brass instruments. Within a few weeks of playing, I had a much better tone than the girl that was teaching me, although she could destroy me when it came to technical parts (I'm so modest, I know). I played Xylophone for an indoor percussion show, then marched cymbals the next year. I even got a bitchin' Flexatone solo. Trumpet was for my school's jazz band. I did that for 10th and 11th grade. I didn't make the cut my senior year because I walked into my audition without an instrument saying that I hadn't played in 7+ months (hue). I've been wanting to learn piano, so I'm ready to go home for Summer and steal my brother's keyboard.

Haha, Daisytrap. You are not alone when it comes to being a band nerd. I started playing sousaphone my Freshman year for marching band, so of course I picked up euphonium on the side. Started playing trombone and trumpet as well just for fun. I'm a cellist, so you'd think that I'd be able to pick up trombone easier since it has the muscle memory stuff and it has a closer embouchure to tuba/euphonium, but trumpet is way easier. Anyways, I've spent a good third of my time at high school in the band room. I was logistics officer for the marching band last year (which means I was in charge of losing the field markers) and this year I was drum major. Band is so hype, haha

Ooh, Cello. If I were to learn any string instrument, it would definitely be Cello. I would not be able to do Sousaphone, way to heavy. I had way too much trouble holding the marching Baritone ;_;. I think of my 32 classes I took in High School, 10 of them were band classes, so not quite a third for me, ha. I promised myself I'd never be drum major around my 11th grade year, when my section leader did Drum Major. It was a shame because he was so damn good and was off the field. I dated the Drum Major my Senior year, and the arm waving gave her stronger arms than me. She beat me in arm wrestling, which she was embarrassed about but I thought was pretty neat, ha. I had a lot of trouble with range on Trumpet, probably because we practiced once a week and I don't quite have the work ethic to practice at home. I just used being used to Euphonium as an excuse, but the guy playing Euphonium two years younger than me can outrange most of our trumpets.... He's really damn good.

Haha, yeah, waving my arms around was pretty damn rough the first game we did, but I got used to it. I think by the end of marching band, I could've done a marathon, conducting session if I needed to. It isn't so much how long you're conducting for...but how fast the songs are! I mean Christ, I love taking leading, but after playing pep band tunes like Crazy Train followed by Rock Lobster followed by Land of a Thousand Dances followed by "Song the drum major is taking at about 150+ bpm"...your arms start to die on you, haha. As for sousa, I never had to much of a problem with the weight even though I'm a small guy and I don't have much mass. I broke my left collarbone playing football with friends sophomore year, though, and ever since I've never been totally comfortable while playing
