I started making music about three weeks ago, and these are only 3 projects that I've thrown together. I have a lot more on the way however, which is actually going to be a lot of shitty rap music.

Input would be very appreciated : ]

Wrote this like two months ago for my theory final. This is the midi file of the score done in Sibelius 6 (I have a live recording, but it is horribad qualitu). Anyways, it's a setting of the poem "The Red Wheelbarrow" by William Carlos Williams. Instrumentation is cello, viola, violin, flute, and soprano voice.

Harsh raw experimental avant-garde metal I made when I was feeling like dogshit a while back. If you like the experimental Australian band Portal you might like this wall of nightmare hitting your ears.

Well, I've only been writing music for about 2 years so I doubt these are great or anything, but here's what I have. All played in glorious MIDI sounds. Also I updated (and currently am updating) these pieces, so these aren't finished pieces or anything (except the cello duet) so don't get your panties all up in a bunch. Feedback/criticism is welcome and hoped for.

For concert band:
minale updated

Seas of the Moon

Cello duet (with added reverb):
Nocturne

For Bon (Bonbon is a nickname for my first student, Bonnie)
For Bon

Beginning to write a new piece. It's based heavily on chordal harmonies obviously, as everything here is entirely based upon fourths. There's a heavy emphasis on the development of overtones, so this is partially an experiment to see how the sound of these notes ringing can evolve. Anyways, this is just the first part, I'm currently writing a faster part which should act as somewhat of a foil, but I'm envisioning a return to this basic idea when I finish composing. Anyways, I said on facebook first person to comment got to name it, so the name is "Wedge Nugget."

This was a little acoustic song my old college band wrote for the singers solo singing assessment thing.

Nat Masterton - Drowning

That's me on the bass.

The person recording it was the singers mum, so there isn't much of anyone else in the video.
